What Is Required Of Me?

Mantra Meditation is easily learned in four short sessions.

Our Meditation Instructor will introduce you to the basic principles of meditation, the importance of your individual mantra sound, and how to use it.

There is plenty of space to practice the techniques with your Instructor, ask questions, and discuss the practical aspects of incorporating just 15 minutes of daily meditation practice into your life.

Instruction in mantra meditation may be done one-on-one, as a couple or family, or in a group.

Where the Instruction is given to more than one person, each individual will receive private instruction in meditation and be given their own unique mantra.
